24-Hour Room Service
A special 24-hour room service menu is available. During normal dining hours, you may also order from the Compass Rose Restaurant menu and enjoy dinner in your suite.
Butler Service
Host a cocktail party in your suite. Make reservations at the Portofino Grill. Arrange for a private car at your next port of call. Your skilled Butler can do it all. Butler Service is offered in every suite but the Deluxe Window Suites Categories C - H. Regent Seven Seas Cruises is the first and only cruise line to enjoy membership in the highly respected Guild of English Butlers.
Laundry, Dry Cleaning & Pressing Services
Onboard laundry and valet services, including pressing and dry cleaning, are available with charge and may be arranged through your stewardess. Self-service laundries are located on passenger decks 8, 9 and 11. Articles collected before 9 am will be returned the same day between 4 and 6 pm. A six-hour express service is available at a nominal charge. Articles collected throughout the day will be delivered between 4 and 6 pm. All guests in the Master, Grand, Navigator and Category A and B Suites receive complimentary pressing the first night on board.
Articles for pressing are collected throughout the day and will be delivered between 4 and 6pm. All guests entitled to Butler Service will receive complimentary pressing of any items that will be worn the first evening onboard. These items will be collected by the butler at the guest's earliest convenience.
Communications
Guests can make telephone calls directly from their suite. Fax messages are received and sent through our radio station or Reception desk. In the Library on Deck 6, a printer and 10 computers are available 24 hours a day. There is a nominal fee for e-mail and Internet services. The Communication's Officer does an introductory e-mail usage class in the beginning of each cruise.
Medical Services
Shipboard medical services and facilities, including doctor, nurse and medications, are available to all guests at a reasonable charge. Standard hospital emergency equipment is available onboard. |
