These tour packages are specially priced from $699 per person, based on double occupancy (in addition to your cruise fare).

Your Rotterdam pre-cruise tour itinerary:
Day 1 Upon arrival in Amsterdam, board a motor coach to your hotel in Rotterdam or The Hague*. Enjoy the rest of the day to get acquainted and explore on your own. In the evening, you'll be our guest at a welcome reception. Overnight.
Day 2 Spend the day touring the region's best sights with a local guide. First, take in The Hague's stately palaces, embassies and Houses of Parliament. Next, you'll view masterpieces by Rembrandt and other Dutch artists on a visit to the Mauritshuis Museum . Following a scenic drive through the coastal area of nearby Scheveningen , you'll enjoy lunch in a local restaurant in Delft. Later, view the picturesque canals on a guided walking tour before visiting a porcelain factory to learn about the making of famous Delft pottery . Enjoy some time for shopping on your own before returning to your hotel and an evening free to dine, explore and sightsee on your own. Overnight.
Day 3 Following breakfast, you'll depart by coach for a tour of Rotterdam including Delfshaven , where the pilgrims set sail for the New World in 1620, and a visit to the Maritime Museum, with a special exhibit highlighting Holland America's historical role in the region. Then, continue to the site of Holland America's original head office , now the Hotel New York . The day's sightseeing concludes in early afternoon at the pier for embarkation on your cruise. |
